With expansive Hudson River views, the Terrace Deck is a stunning complement to the interior spaces offered at the DDM Event Center. Perfect for welcome receptions, cocktail parties, or outdoor gatherings, this unique space features built-in house speakers, electrical access, and flexible furniture setups to meet all of your event needs. 

Combined with the interior lounge & cafe, the space accommodates up to 400 guests standing or 220 seated. The interior spaces also feature a premium sound system, dual drop-down projector screens, and customizable uplight to enhance any event's atmosphere. 

Events hosted on the Terrace Deck & Lounge must begin after 5:00 PM, with access for set up beginning at 3:00 PM. Amplified music must conclude by 9:30 PM per property noise ordinance.
